Our perception of fun changes over time. When you’re small, your idea of fun probably involves running, jumping, cake, games and getting messy.
As you get older you probably still like cake — but your life revolves around other kinds of fun, like water sports, mobile apps, hobbies, date nights or travel.
We’re most interested in the new ways you’ve found to have fun: things that you just discovered or just started enjoying over the past couple of years. Whether it’s because of changing finances, changing family dynamics, new friends, new hobbies or summers that are hotter than ever, we want to learn about you and the ways you have fun.
Tell us: What is your “new fun”?
We might feature your story on our website — and your insights will help us report on new trends in the way Americans are spending their free time. It might even inspire others to take up a new leisure-time hobby.
