Mapping America’s student veteran centers

By /

We've heard from student veterans over and over again that having a physical space on campus -- a place to gather, a place to unwind, a place to find resources, a place to Skype with buddies still deployed -- is invaluable to navigating life back on campus.

But not every school, no matter how veteran-friendly, has a dedicated student veteran center. Does yours?

Browse our map -- it's a start! -- and tell us about your student veteran center in the form below. If it's missing, we'll add it to the map. If it's already there, tell us more: Share a picture, let us know why it's useful, what it's like, why you spend time there.

And please pass this page along to student veterans, potential students and others for whom you think it would be especially useful.

[If you have any questions, or run into any trouble with the form, please don't hesitate to contact PIN.org associate editor Meg Martin at mmartin@americanpublicmedia.org or 651-290-1055. Thanks for your help!]
