What's happening to the climate in your community?

The PBS NewsHour wants to hear about the climate in your backyard. Have you experienced changes over time in the environment around you?

Whether it's changes in plants, trees or wildlife, new insects in your garden, different weather patterns, or something else entirely, we want to know what you've observed and how these changes have impacted your life, regardless of what might be causing them. We're particularly interested in changes that you've seen in your area over an extended period of time.

There are two main ways that we'll use your insights on this matter.

First, as we seek to expand our environmental reporting, we'll turn to your stories for guidance on which environmental topics to pursue. Second, we'll select a sample of responses to be published directly on our website to create an ongoing story of what's going on around the country.
