What would help you do your job better?

Nine out of ten Americans say they are satisfied with their jobs. When pressed on the details, though, 28 percent said they are completely dissatisfied with their pay and 33 percent said they're unhappy with the amount of on-the-job stress they encounter. Gallup asked workers about their satisfaction with various aspects of their job -- physical safety, relationships with colleagues, job security. But it didn't ask people how satisfied they are with their own job performance.

That's what we're interested in.
