Pedestrians: Do you feel safe on the streets of San Francisco?

Pedestrian fatalities in San Francisco are on pace to surpass last year's death toll despite the city's efforts to improve safety. The San Francisco Police Department reports there have been 10 pedestrian fatalities so far in 2012; there were 17 last year and 15 in 2010.
