Arizona's legislature is considering a law that would stop homeowner associations (HOAs) from regulating parking on city streets in some circumstances. We want to know what kind of experiences you've had with your HOA (or someone else's) when it comes to parking. Have you gotten a letter in the mail, or paid a fine for violating parking restrictions? Do you have a neighbor that violates parking rules?
