What should we ask about urban sprawl?

As a follow up to the Fronteras series Beyond Sprawl: Rethinking the Southwestern Economy, we're holding a town hall discussion in Phoenix to address some of the larger themes of the stories we produced.

We're convening a group of politicians, academics, policy experts, and regular people. We'd like to get your input ahead of time: what questions should we ask our panel?
