Studies have shown that having to make a decision based on limited resources is more taxing to a person than making a decision free from the burdens of scarcity. KPBS and Speak City Heights are joining the nationally-syndicated radio program, Marketplace Money, to explore how local families on limited budgets deal with the stress of deciding what to buy and what to go without this back-to-school season.
