Houston: In a Photo

Houston, if you've been here for any length of time, can conjure up many images: the cement, the diversity, the refineries -- or perhaps a man on a horse near a METRO bus.

As the city's boosters launch their campaign this month to define Houston to the outside world, here at KUHF News we want to know what defines Houston for Houstonians.

It's simple. We're looking for photos that make Houston, Houston. It could be at the car wash on a sunny, January day. Or it could be inspired by one of the afflictions, defined by Houston It's Worth It (HIWI).

We'll publish some of the pictures on the web, and they'll complement a series that we're doing on Houston's image.
