Tough Mudder -- a 10-mile, military-style obstacle course for weekend warriors -- has grown from 3 events in 2010 to 53 in five countries for 2013. Participants pay up to $200 for the challenge of running through mud, plunging into ice baths, climbing over high walls and being shocked with 10,000 volt of electricity -- all for an orange headband and a beer. The first South Florida Tough Mudder is coming up on March 2 and 3 at Homestead Miami Speedway.
