Should the Dolphins' stadium get renovated?

The Miami Dolphins announced another plan to fix up Sun Life Stadium. The proposed deal would cost about $400 million with a mix of state and local tax dollars. The majority of the public dollars would come from higher hotel taxes in Miami-Dade, with Florida adding $3 million a year in a rebate on sales tax the Dolphins pay.

Dolphins owner Stephen Ross has said that without the changes the stadium might lose its chance of hosting Super Bowl (50) in 2016, which is still up for grabs between South Florida and San Francisco.
