Miami-Dade County is carved up by a bunch of canals. We see them every day, but what exactly is their purpose, and where do they all lead? That's where WLRN contributor and amateur adventurer Terence Cantarella comes in.

Terence is going to circumnavigate the Miami-Dade canal system by canoe, and WLRN Miami Herald News is going to follow his journey. We're calling it the Canoe Project. And we want your input.
