After weeks of debates and much discussion about candidate character, we're hearing that many voters in the race for mayor have yet to make up their minds. A KATU poll from SurveyUSA October 10th reported 33% of 513 likely Portland voters were still undecided. (The poll had a margin of error of 4.4%)
