Do you help others in our community?

WTVP is working with the Peoria Public Library to encourage individuals to talk honestly about helping others and improving relations in the community.

There are some great projects underway that start with our youngest citizens. Some are troubled and need a helping hand. In some cases, their parents are not able to give them the support they need, and themselves need a helping hand. There are a number of established programs creatively addressing these problems, but some of these programs have come under attack by those who feel they are a waste of time and resources. Their feeling is that people should be able to solve issues on their own.
