Work: What motivates you to hold a job or stay at home?

Women and work. It's always been a topic that elicits fervent feelings on all sides, particularly among women. But we want to learn more about the issues women consider, their ultimate decisions on whether to work outside the home, and how those decisions play out over time in light of current events (Think headline grabbers: "financial crisis," "economic downturn" and "Sarah Palin").
