Off-leash dogs may be on the way out in parts of Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA) . This month GGNRA is expected to release a set of proposed changes in dog walking policy. The proposals will be released as part of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement, on which the public will have 90 days to comment.
