There are 25 million people in the United States who don't know enough English to get them through a routine hospital or clinic visit. That number has grown by 80 percent in just two decades.
That's big growth, but it's nothing like what some individual states have seen. The states that are a darker shade of red have seen the largest growth since 1990.
