Tell us about your experiences with hunting and fishing in Oregon.
Fewer Oregonians are hunting and fishing, according to the state Department of Fish and Wildlife. Between 2000 and 2012, Oregon’s population grew by more than 13 percent, but the number of people with hunting licenses dropped more than 15 percent and fishing licenses fell 9 percent. License and tag fees could go up to pay for services. Does the decline in hunting and fishing reflect a shift in Oregon culture? What do you think this means for you, and for the state?
