Women: we want to talk to you about the wage gap

Surveys show that women continue to make less than men, and are underrepresented in management roles and in the highest paying fields. Wage disparities are even greater for women of color. The Post is interested in hearing about your experiences with the wage gap. Are you not paid enough? How do you ask for a raise, and do you feel you can? We want to hear what’s on your mind when it comes to pay.
