Does using public transit contribute to your well-being?
The Texas Transportation Institute and UT Health are about to begin a multi-year study that will look at the health benefits of walking back and forth to a Metro light rail stop.
Do you walk to the light rail or the bus as part of your daily commute and feel any health benefits as a result (improved physical activity, weight loss, etc.)? What specific benefits have you experienced while walking to the bus or rail stop?
KUHF transportation reporter Gail Delaughter would like to talk to you if you have seen any health benefits from using public transit.
