Does using public transit contribute to your well-being?
The Texas Transportation Institute and UT Health are about to begin a multi-year study that will look at the health benefits of walking back and forth to a Metro light rail stop.
Do you walk to the light rail or the bus as part of your daily commute and feel any health benefits as a result (improved physical activity, weight loss, etc.)? What specific benefits have you experienced while walking to the bus or rail stop?
