Have You Seen Signature Gatherers In San Diego?
A coalition of business groups is gathering signatures to force a referendum on the minimum wage increase recently passed by the San Diego City Council. If they gather 34,000 signatures by September 17, the wage increase will go on the ballot, likely in June 2016. KPBS wants to know if you've seen signature gatherers, and if so, what they are saying.
