Is job hunting in South Florida tough for teens?

Getting a job as a teen remains difficult.  While the overall unemployment rate has steadily dropped, youth employment hasn't greatly improved as anticipated. Andrew Sum, director of the Center for Labor Market Studies at Northeastern University, said the behavior is equivalent to a Great Depression for teens.
