What do you think about the new school lunch guidelines?
The "Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act" just went into effect this fall, a law that calls for combating child obesity by limiting calories, upping the serving of fruits and vegetables and limiting salt. But some parents, kids and even politicians are upset with the program, saying it doesn't offer enough calories for busy kids to get through the day. What is your experience? Are your kids getting enough to eat? Or are those in the meat industry only reacting negatively because protein standards were lowered?
