What's the most creative use of an empty building you've seen?

Some in the region are trying to revive empty buildings, rather than building from the ground up. We want to know interesting stories about re-development, and to find interesting buildings.

Jeff Horner is an urban planning professor at Wayne State University in Detroit. He was able to contribute to our story that tried to give an overview of how empty spaces and places are affecting life in the Midwest.
