Should Florida legalize medical marijuana?
Florida voters will be able to decide whether or not medical marijuana is legal in the Sunshine State on Nov. 4. The state's Supreme Court voted that the ballot's language was not misleading to voters. The amendment, if passed, would permit physicians to prescribe cannabis to a patient with certain debilitating medical conditions.
