Though it's hosting the most expensive World Cup, enthusiasm in Brazil is waning as many facilities, like its stadiums, are not finished. Protesters say the spending could've gone to other services, especially to help the poor. And while thousands of spectators are expected to fill seats and watch the matches, plenty want to get away from the throngs of soccer fans.
