What would happen if you lost your health insurance subsidy?
Health insurance subsidies are on shaky ground for Floridians who needed help buying insurance. A decision from one appeals court would eliminate subsidies issued to people who used the health care exchange. But a decision from another court upheld the subsidies.
While the decision will take months to look into, most Floridians who got insurance through the Affordable Care Act were eligible for a subsidy.
