How did UCare Complete/MnDHO work for you?

UCare Complete/Minnesota Disability Health Options (MnDHO), a coordinated health care plan for adults with disabilities ended on December 31, 2010. The nearly 1,300 people enrolled in the program had to transition to a new health care plan before Jan. 1, or they were automatically placed in one of two other plans, depending on their age.
