What's it like living with diabetes?
Over the past fifteen years, the prevalence of diabetes has surged in Minnesota (from 3.8 percent in 1994 to 6.7 percent in 2010). These are just the Minnesotans who report having the disease. If you include people who haven't been diagnosed yet, it's estimated that more than 10 percent of the population has diabetes.
MPR News wants to hear from people living with diabetes -- both type 1 and type 2 -- about what you've learned, what myths you deal with and what you want people to know. Share your insights here.
